ABA services and parent training for individuals ages 2-18 in central Pennsylvania.
We provide support to parents virtually or in-person based on the need of the family dynamic. Behavior skills training is used to train parents in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The goal is for families to interact and teach their child functional skills to be successful in the home and community. We also offer a 4 week online parent training course to families quarterly.
We work with general education and special education teachers to provide training to staff, design and provide materials for instruction, complete functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans, and assist with environmental modifications.
We work with established businesses in the community to host and support inclusive events for individuals and their families. The events consist of weekly classes, recurring events or scheduled family fun days.
Self-Help Skills Training
During therapy in your home we focus on teaching activities of daily living. Activities of daily living are a series of basic activities performed by individuals on a daily basis necessary for independent living at home or in the community. This could consist of personal hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting and mobility.
